Edentulism is a debilitating and irreversible condition described as final marker of disease burden for oral health. Rehabilitating edentulous patients with residual ridge resorption has improved tremendously because Implant dentistry . Aims Objectives: To evaluate the crestal bone loss in mandibular implant over denture via locator ballsocket attachments: An In - Vivo study. Material method: This study was undertaken Department Prosthodontics Crown &Bridge Methodology • According to inclusion exclusion criteria, twenty subjects were selected this OPG radiographs recorded each subject. They divided into two groups: Group A B. (10) received ball socket retained overdenture against maxillary complete diameter 2.25mm gingival height 3mm while B overdenture. Results The result obtained subject comparison by ANOVA statistical analysis. It found that attachment, highest observed on mesial aspect right followed distal same implant.
